And, with COVID, we've lost about 40% of our seating, and we were granted a <br /> temporary liquor increase of premises for a picnic area that we have, overseeing the <br /> beach. It's an enclosed area, and we see this going on for some time, and we also <br /> enjoy serving people a beer, or a beverage in that area right there. So, we just see it as <br /> a good business opportunity, and why kind of take care of it for now. <br /> Hughes: Okay.
