BioEnergy Hawaii plans to lease about 15 acres of <br />land on a portion of the property now known as the Waikoloa West Hawaii Concrete Quarry and <br />operate an integrated resource -recovery facility to divert municipal solid waste from the West <br />Hawaii Sanitary Landfill and elsewhere. <br />June 18, 2019 Page 6 o17 <br />
