I just wanted to say when <br /> I heard the issues that have been raised by Keri because I've met her before communicated with <br /> her on several occasions. They all sound to me like they are things that are in fact resolvable by <br /> the proposed conditions and the Planning Department has suggested that the Planning <br /> Commission adopt. Number 1 removing or fixing setbacks or the encroachment within the <br /> setback area. The encroachment that Ms. Keri talks about onto her side has been surveyed at <br /> about 2 feet one corner of the building. <br /> It is kind of interesting to me too that she says she's been affected but she's also acknowledged it <br /> since the time KMEC has been operating and she's never made a complaint to the Planning <br /> Department. Mr. Sussman has always been there "—". We let her know <br /> that this hearing was coming up with no response and so I'm going just to suggest and reach out <br /> to Keri again to say that number one the Planning Commission has made recommending, the <br /> Planning Department has made recommendations to deal with all the issues that she has raised. <br /> There are other areas that we've suggested that we can pursue so that would be the first thing I <br /> would ask for her to consider first let's discuss before the contested case hearings is even heard . <br /> But responding to the, I beg your pardon? But discuss the issues that she's raised. Number one <br /> she doesn't live on the property next door. Mr. Lloyd does actually in an unpermitted structure <br /> that's is not permitted as a dwelling.
