There were 54 properties entitled to protest. There were no protests to <br /> this application. <br /> Hughes: Thank you. Is there any public testimony? <br /> There was no public testimony. <br /> Hughes: None heard. Commissioners, is there any discussion or questions? <br /> There were no discussion from the Commissioners. <br /> Hughes: None heard.
