ADJOURNMENT: (8:30pm) Next Meeting: March 23, 20121 Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary at 323-4444 or email Barbara. Game Management Advisory Commission members only may be present at the Hawai'i County Building, Office of the Mayor's Conference Room, 25 Aupuni, Hilo, HI 96720, and the West Hawai'i Civic Center, Mayor's Conference Room, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Hwy., Bldg. C, 2nd Floor, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 323-4444 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article15, Section 2- 91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code.
