WELLS-FISHER. <br />2.Form an “Annual Report to the Mayor Ad Hoc Committee,” select members, scope of <br />purpose, and reporting deadline. <br />Members of the Ad Hoc Committee for the Annual Report to the Mayor are: CHR. <br />FRANK, MR. LEE, and MS. NAUNGAYAN. They are to review the current annual <br />report, work on the 2021 report, and give a report for the July meeting. <br />3.Discuss and review the PONC Charter amendments which were passed as a result of <br />the November 2020 general ballot. <br />Commission discussed and reviewed Charter Amendments #6 and #10 that were <br />passed by the voters in November 2020, General Elections. <br />VIII.ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />1.The next virtual meeting has been scheduled for March 8, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 <br />p.m. <br />2.The agenda items for the next meeting are: <br />a.Review and discuss any 2021 Suggestion Forms received by February 26, <br />2021.(New Business) <br />b.Form Ad Hoc Site Visit Committee, select members, purpose, and report deadline for <br />the 2021 Suggestion Forms.
