AU: I just want to share with my fellow Commissioners that this project is definitely needed as <br /> stated by many of us. This will better serve our community, consolidate everything but what is <br /> more importantly is this is going to help our economy. It is going to help specifically our Big <br /> Island economy. Projects like this will pump money back into our economy and for the County <br /> to invest in this much amount of money the time is great. The project is needed. This project is <br /> just good all-around so just a comment I have to make. <br /> REPLOGLE: Thank you Mr. Au. <br /> RAFFIPIY: Mr. Chairman, I have a question. <br /> REPLOGLE: Yes. <br /> RAFFIPIY: Mr. Au, as far as your motion to amend the Condition Number 6. How we want the <br /> amendment you want to strike it out or do you just want to amend it to make it where it's not <br /> painting is not necessary. You want to strikeout the Condition Number 6? <br /> AU: So, as was stated by the Applicant and the Applicant's representative they wanted to not <br /> paint the antenna but paint the tower. That's my motion so exactly how it was stated by Mr. <br /> Terry. <br /> ANDREWS: If I can jump in just to clarify on Condition Number 6. <br /> REPLOGLE: Go ahead. <br /> ANDREWS: The original condition stated that the applicant shall paint the tower and antennas, <br /> including future co-location antennas. So, if it sounds consistent with what the Commissioner <br /> propose we could strikeout the portion that says and antennas as well as including striking out <br /> including future co-location antennas and just keep the first part which states the applicant shall <br /> paint the tower, a color that will best blend in when the tower and strikeout and antennas with its <br /> immediate surroundings. So, it would essentially just leave that they are just painting the tower <br /> to blend with its immediate surroundings. <br /> AU: Yes, as Ms. Andrews has stated. <br /> ANDREWS: Thank you. <br /> REPLOGLE: Okay, that change will be added into our end product is there any more <br /> discussion?
