Eliminating <br />deaths and life -changing injuries on the transportation system is no <br />small feat. Reaching that goal will take actions not just from COH <br />staff in many different departments, but also from partners and <br />agencies such as HDOT, DOE, DOH, civic groups, as well as Hawaii <br />Island residents and visitors. <br />
