A DMINISTRATION §2-35.2 <br />(3) In the case of variances, the provision(s) of chapter 23 or chapter 25, for which <br />the variance is sought; <br />(4) In the case of nonsignificant zoning change applications, the new zoning <br />district resulting from the nonsignificant zoning change; <br />(5) The date of expiration for the approval of the application, if applicable; or, if <br />the director has not set a date of expiration, the report shall so indicate; and <br />(6) The condition(s) imposed by the director as a condition of approval of the <br />application, if applicable. <br />(2024, ord 24-52, sec 1.)2-35.2 <br />Article 8. Department of Research and Development.* <br />Section 2-36. Purpose. <br />It is the purpose of this article to provide the necessary leadership to anchor the <br />department of research and development’s planning, policies, goals and actions in <br />sustainable economic, societal and environmental practices.
