G ENERAL W ELFARE §14-46 <br />Section 14-46. Nuclear energy facilities, prohibited. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to locate or build a nuclear energy facility which <br />utilizes nuclear material for the production of energy within the County. <br />(1983 CC, c 14, art 8, sec 14-48.)14-48 <br />Section 14-49.
