§ 20-02-21 H AWAI‘I C OUNTY C ODE <br />Division 2. Enforcement. <br />Section 20-02-21. General provisions. <br />Failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, or any rule adopted pursuant <br />to this chapter, or with conditions imposed as part of any permit issued pursuant to this <br />chapter, shall constitute a violation of this chapter. <br />(2020, ord 20-86, sec 3.) 20-02-21 <br />Section 20-02-22.
