§ 15-33 H AWAI‘I C OUNTY C ODE <br />Section 15-33. Tampering with vehicle or vessel. <br />Tampering or attempting to tamper with any vehicle, vessel, or other equipment <br />which is not lawfully in one’s possession or control, or entering or going upon, moving or <br />manipulating any of the parts or components of any vehicle, vessel, or other equipment <br />or starting or setting the same in motion, except under such lawful possession or control <br />is prohibited. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-33.)15-33 <br />Section 15-34. Boating in swimming areas prohibited. <br />No vessel, including but not limited to, boat, motorboat, houseboat, rowboat, <br />powerboat, jet boat, sailboat, fishing boat, towboat, scow, flatboat, cruiser, motor <br />vessels, ship barge, tug, floating cabana, party boat, charter boat, ferryboat, canoe, raft <br />or any buoyant device permitting or capable of free flotation, shall be operated or <br />anchored within the swimming areas of all beach parks. <br />(1983 CC, c 15, art 2, sec 15-34.)15-34 <br />SUPP. 14 (7-2023) <br />15-9.1 <br /> <br />
