Following Robert's Rules of Orders, the first and second on the floor has to be ratified before you can amend it. So, I'm not sure where we are. HUSTACE: A point of order. In terms of adapting the rules and procedures, we first need to make a motion for the Rules of Procedure document itself before we offer any amendments to the document. KOSSOW: Right. So, the procedure is currently on the floor right now. And then right now, we are making amendments to it. So, Mr. Lopez, your amendment is on the floor currently to change C. It was a motion by Mr. Yoshina, seconded by you, and then now there is a 2nd amendment that's on the floor but we still need to finish the amendment that is already on the table. In the Rules of Procedure, under Amendments, A., it does stipulate that amendments need to be provided in advance and then they can be voted on. So, I'm not sure if we need to accept the rules as they are and then suggest amendments? Provide that 6 day notice and then vote upon them in order to follow the Rules of Procedure.
