Chair Young asked if Lamaku Mikahala Roy's testimony may be attached to the minutes. Mr. Plunkett <br />clarified that written testimony are communications normally approved by the AC and entered into the <br />public repository. Ms. Mercado suggested that the written testimony may be attached to the minutes. <br />Mr. Plunkett further noted that discrepancies between the oral testimony and the written testimony <br />may not be identified if the written testimony is attached without review. <br />Choir Young called for the question and the motion to approve the minutes os submitted passed with 8 <br />votes aye, 0 votes nay. <br />Vice -Chair David moved to approve the minutes of the December 16, 2020, minutes. Seconded by <br />Committee Member Weber.
