The County began its 2021 Annual Action Plan Citizen Participation Process in September of 2020. The <br />County held its first virtual annual public hearings to present an overview of the Consolidated Plan <br />process, to encourage citizens to offer input concerning housing, homeless, special needs and <br />community development needs, and to discuss the past use of funds and accomplishments. In addition, <br />the members of the public were provided with information about the 2021 CDBG, HOME and HTF <br />application process.
