The County began its 2021 Annual Action Plan Citizen Participation Process in September of 2020. The County held its first virtual annual public hearings to present an overview of the Consolidated Plan process, to encourage citizens to offer input concerning housing, homeless, special needs and community development needs, and to discuss the past use of funds and accomplishments.
