The County feels that the <br />Program Year 2019 PR -26 report was submitted in error. The County unknowingly didn't include <br />any unliquidated obligations in the report which caused the Program Year 2019 planning and <br />administration expenditure to be inflated by approximately 5 percent. After entering them in their <br />respective adjustment columns, the net planning administration expense total has decreased to 17 <br />percent which is in compliance with the cap.
