So, I'm glad to see that <br /> conditions are being removed that are specific to this property and I think that further rezone <br /> applications should be considered in the same like it deserves to be rezoned at all and a lot of <br /> properties won't. It should just be put on an equal footing, let the existing conditions and <br /> regulations concerning development control the development of the property. That's all.
