REPLOGLE: Okay, we will be moving on to our next order of business. The Applicant JP <br /> Automotive LLC formerly Conrad and Joanne Dakujaku, Amend REZ zero nine dash zero zero <br /> zero zero nine seven (09-000097). Application for a five (5)year time extension on Condition <br /> D, time to complete construction of Change of Zone Ordinance Number zero nine one three eight <br /> (09-138), which rezoned approximately twenty-two thousand three hundred(22,300) square feet <br /> of land from Single-Family Residential —ten thousand (10,000) square feet RS-ten (RS-10)) to <br /> Industrial -Commercial Mixed-20,000 square feet MCX-twenty (MCX-20) zoning district. The <br /> property is located at five thirteen (513) Kalanikoa Street, along the east side of Kalanikoa Street <br /> approximately a hundred(100) feet north of its intersection with Hualani Street, Waiakea <br /> Homestead Lots, First(1st) Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, Tax Map Key (TMK)two <br /> dash two zero three five zero three four(2-2-035:034) and staff for our presentation. <br /> KAY: Yes, thank you Mr. Chair, Christian Kay with the Planning Department it's great to see <br /> you and all the other Commissioners and welcome Commissioner Galimba. The subject parcel is <br /> located in the South Hilo District of Hawaii Island more specifically in the Hilo area located <br /> between Hualani Street and Pi`ilani Street on the east side of Kalanikoa Street and it's situated <br /> this area outlined by red.
