DLNR Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, Hawai'i District Manager <br />Jerome Nickerson will speak on the temporary closure of the Kailua Pier in <br />response to homelessness and illegal activities on site. <br />b. DLNR Division of Aquatic Resources, Aquatic Biologist Troy Sakihara will <br />discuss "Holomua: Marine 30X30," DAR's nearshore strategic plan to restore <br />marine resources. <br />6. OLD BUSINESS: <br />a. Shooting Range development update: Stanley Mendes will report on meeting <br />results with Mayor Roth. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a.
