Revamping Sub -Committees <br />• The document submitted by Shana was reviewed. Farrah motioned to <br />approve revamping sub -committees to include the following: <br />A. Communications (All Correspondence Internally/Externally) <br />B. Outreach (Events, Community Engagement, Partnerships) <br />C. Research (Data Collection, Current Issues Facing Women on Hawaii <br />Island) <br />D. Advocacy (Proposed/Current Legislation, Direct Services to Women on <br />Hawaii Island) <br />E. Financial (All CSW Financial Matters) <br />• Matapuna seconded the motion. No additional discussion. Motion approved. <br />D. Committee elections <br />• This item was tabled due to election of new officers scheduled June. <br />E. Nominations Committee <br />• Kahea motioned that the Nominations Committee be made up of Andrew, <br />Matapuna, and Mele if she is willing; if not Farrah will serve in place of Mele. <br />Farrah seconded.
