ADJOURNMENT <br /> Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br /> interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> at 961-8311 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5)working days prior to meeting to <br /> arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication <br /> methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically <br /> challenged. <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") 92-3.5, the <br /> Hawaii County Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting this meeting via <br /> videoconference. If the audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period <br /> of time, the meeting will be terminated. Veterans Advisory Committee Members will be present <br /> at the following locations: <br /> • Via ZoomGov Videoconferencing <br /> (Members Michael Doolittle, Debra Lewis, Isaac Nahakuelua, George Sheridan, Marcia <br /> Brinkley and John Hiduchick will be participating via videoconferencing.) <br /> • Kona Mayor's Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, <br /> Building B (Member Minoru Hanato) <br /> BOARD PACKET.
