KOIZUMI-DROGE: I believe it depends on the time of the day so, if you're talking about the rush time roughly eight(8)to nine (9) in the morning and then later in the evening but very specific time, time frames. Yes, during those times it has increased however I don't think there is a significant increase in the other times. KOIZUML And by using Punawele Street. KOIZUMI-DROGE: No, Leimomi Street. Has there been any traffic study or other work that you are aware of that measures what the traffic is in both lanes of Mamalahoa and measures or predicts what the effect the traffic on Mamalahoa Highway, what effect on traffic, what effect the traffic on Mamalahoa the proposed B & B would have? VITOUSEK: I'll just interject there we already know that there's no traffic study which has been conducted for this application so, it will be unnecessarily repetitious. Commissioner Van Pernis? VAN PERNIS: I'm aware that there is no traffic study done by this applicant but there have been traffic counting by the State on Mamalahoa.
