All County beach parks and shoreline parks are opened. All persons must abide <br /> by the face covering, physical distancing, and gathering requirements contained <br /> in Sections B and C of these rules, or rules promulgated by the Governor, as <br /> amended or superseded. <br /> 12. All other State or County restrictions related to COVID-19 must be followed, <br /> including, but not limited to, applicable quarantine restrictions. <br /> The foregoing is subject to specific park closures as designated by the County <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation and supersedes any conflicting County <br /> emergency rule provision. <br /> County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />
