All County beach parks and shoreline parks are opened. All persons must abide <br />by the face covering, physical distancing, and gathering requirements contained <br />in Sections B and C of these rules, or rules promulgated by the Governor, as <br />amended or superseded. <br />12. All other State or County restrictions related to COVID-19 must be followed, <br />including, but not limited to, applicable quarantine restrictions. <br />The foregoing is subject to specific park closures as designated by the County <br />Department of Parks and Recreation and supersedes any conflicting County <br />emergency rule provision. <br />County of Hawai' i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br />
