I just also like to echo my fellow Commissioners and <br /> thank the applicant for coming up with a project like it's nice to see a local Big Island developer <br /> doing a job. They are a local business hiring local people servicing the local community and <br /> what's more important is that the developers willing to work with the community and the <br /> neighbors, and I have to disagree with Commissioner Lin he did say that we should focus on <br /> coastal management this is part of it. This is part of the process and we have talk about these <br /> things and we need to discuss this because the developer needs to know what the concerns are in <br /> the community and just want to thank the developer. I just want to thank Sidney, Russell for <br /> coming up with this project and we have all the faith in you that you will do what's best for the <br /> neighbors and the community.
