Opportunities to Advance CDP Implementation: Councilmember Kimball will facilitate <br /> conversation around grassroots initiatives relative to HCDP Section 5.8 Improving <br /> Recycling and Solid Waste Facilities, focusing specifically on green waste disposal. <br /> 4.
