This hearing item ended at 11:48 a.m. [SEE HEARING TRANSCRIPT EXHIBIT DJ MINUTES Approval of Minutes of the May 6, 2021, Windward Planning Commission meeting At 11:48 a.m. it was moved by Commissioner Au and seconded by Commissioner Lin that the minutes of May 6, 2021, be approved. Chair Replogle stated it has been moved and seconded but he had something to add to the minutes if possible. Counsel Malia Hall replied as it has been moved and seconded and there is a motion now, the Commission is able to discuss or make an amendment to the motion. Chair Replogle asked a correction to be made at the bottom of page 3 where it says, "An example given was the Department of Hawaiian Homelands (DHHL) at Kalai where". He stated it's not Kalai (lai) and its Kalae (lae) which is a cape, headland point or promontory and the other lai is a fish. Commissioner Au accepted the correction by Chair Replogle since he had made the motion and Commissioner Aguinaldo seconded.
