Abraham: Abraham District 5 —Maybe you can reach out to the community on <br />that side. Sounds like they really want to help you guys. If they are <br />stepping up and doing things on their own. At least then, you guys <br />don't have to take all that pressure upon yourself. <br />Jerome: Perhaps, I'm always willing to listen to suggestions and work with the <br />community. <br />Abraham: Reach out to the community get some backup and basically tell them <br />do the same thing you guys are doing now, when they see something <br />—call HPD or DOCARE, that's the only way to protect themselves.
