public can go to any State or County agency and ask for a <br />uniform information practice, what he called it from the <br />Federal government is called a FIOA request, Freedom of <br />Information Act Request, and you can call the agency and <br />say I would like to request some information and can you <br />provide the form, then they will provide a form, you have <br />to specifically identify what documents. The request is <br />always a document request, and you would do that and <br />they would have that process. But along those timelines <br />for getting the information, like Brian mentioned that <br />Brian did they tell you 6 months. <br />Brian: Yes, it would be at least 6 months, before he would get <br />that information to me. <br />Leomana: so, there are certain requirements, and a lot of those <br />rules that are suspended, because of COVID. Like if you <br />asked for information, it would take the agency a long <br />time to get it, gather, there is a whole process, we can <br />discuss it and you can put it on the agenda Chair.
