The hearing <br />may be held with up to 20 people in the room to ensure physical distancing <br />and safe practices can be maintained based on the size of the room. All <br />persons are required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth <br />subject to an allowed exception under the Mayor's Rule. Each person will be <br />required to sanitize their hands upon entering the conference room. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order <br />2. Statements from the Public -- In order to comply with the physical distancing <br />requirements, public testimony will be allowed one person at a time. <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br />None to review <br />4. Tax Appeal Case Hearings (see attachment) <br />5. Executive Session - With reference to agenda items listed, one or more <br />executive meetings are anticipated. In particular, the Board of Review anticipates <br />it may consult with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />Board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
