The hearing <br />may be held with up to 20 people in the room to ensure physical distancing <br />and safe practices can be maintained based on the size of the room. All <br />persons are required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth <br />subject to an allowed exception under the Mayor's Rule. Executive Session - With reference to agenda items listed, one or more <br />executive meetings are anticipated. In particular, the Board of Review anticipates <br />it may consult with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />Board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
