do we differentiate by the type of product, and how do we set up an administration for it when <br />its a County fee or tax? It boggles the brain. How much is it really costing us, and how is the <br />best way to do it? <br /> <br />In his closing remarks, Director Mansour said Chair Adams delivered a great presentation on a <br />very complex topic, and we are going to continue talking about it. He gave a shout-out to Ms. <br />Pruder for being great to us. There are a multitude of opportunities to look at how <br />do we divert waste, how do we fund what we got to do, because we will always have waste. So <br />how are we going to manage it in the most cost effective way possible? <br /> <br />b.
