<br />Chair Adams said the other idea was establishing an enterprise fund, and looking at it as a <br />business model. What he was talking about (in 7-2(b)) is, what are the services that the County <br />provides, and how do we pay for those services, and what makes logical sense? She would <br />agree with the director that if you use the water, you are going to dispose of the water, and <br />who is going to be taking care of that disposal? There is a nexus to look at a total cost <br />accounting approach to it, and making sure that <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Adams understands that DEM has funding to go forward with a life cycle assessment of <br />s coming.
