There is appropriated out of the general <br />2 revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so <br />3 much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2021-2022 and <br />4 the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal <br />5 year 2022-2023 for the department of health to conduct a study <br />6 on the benefits and costs to implement extended producer <br />7 responsibility in the State. <br />8 The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department <br />9 of health for the purposes of this part. <br />10 PART II <br />11 SECTION 3.
