N0.13%6 <br />(A) The producer responsibility organization shall <br />fulfill the requirements of this chapter; <br />(B) Plan will use and interact with recycling <br />programs and infrastructure that predate the <br />implementation of the plan, including a <br />description of procurement practices; and <br />(C) Producers will increase the reuse, refill, and <br />recyclability of covered products; <br />(3) A description of actions to be taken to: <br />(A) Work with and achieve the goals of underserved <br />and underrepresented communities that bear a <br />disproportionate share of adverse environmental, <br />social justice, and economic impacts through <br />socially just management practices, including but <br />not limited to community outreach and engagement <br />in the appropriate language of the impacted <br />communities and meaningful consultation; and <br />(B) Increase the efficiency of the system of <br />collecting and managing covered products through <br />reuse and recycling; <br />2021-0546 HB HMSO-1 <br />28 <br />
