ADJOURNMENT <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br />interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Department of Parks and Recreation <br />at 961-8311 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to <br />arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication <br />methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically <br />challenged. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") 92-3.5, the <br />Hawaii County Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting this meeting via <br />videoconference. If the audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period <br />of time, the meeting will be terminated. Veterans Advisory Committee Members will be present <br />at the following locations: <br />• Via ZoomGov Videoconferencing <br />(Members Michael Doolittle, Debra Lewis, Isaac Nahakuelua, George Sheridan, Marcia <br />Brinkley and John Hiduchick will be participating via videoconferencing.) <br />• Kona Mayor's Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, <br />Building B (Member Minoru Hanato) <br />BOARD PACKET. Pursuant to Hawai'i Revised Statutes Section 92-7.5, the board packet <br />provided to members of this board for this meeting is available for public inspection during <br />regular business hours at the Department of Parks & Recreation located at 101 Pauahi Street, <br />Suite 6, Hilo Hawai'i 96720. <br />Copies of this agenda are available on the Department of Parks & Recreation web page at <br />http://www.hawaiicounty.gov/parks-and-recreation/.
