With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made either during the public comment portion of the agenda or just prior to the relevant business item and may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes for the March 22, 2021 meeting;June 22, 2021 meeting; and August 12, 2021 meeting. BUSINESS: 1. Island-wide Action Committee Member Initiatives: Action Committee members will discuss and consider taking action on topics discussed at the August 12, 2021 Joint AC meeting. The Action Committee may consider establishing investigatory subcommittees relative to specific initiatives that advance CDP implementation with the potential to establish working groups with members of other Action Committees. 2. Implementation Updates from Action Committee Members: Members of the Action Committee will provide updates on their work relative to CDP Implementation. The Action Committee may consider establishing investigatory subcommittees relative to specific initiatives that advance CDP implementation. Topics may include but are not limited to: • Flood mitigation and erosion control • Affordable housing AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Agenda item suggestions from the Action Committee and Planning Staff for the November 10, 2021 meeting.
