Appellants presented their case. County presented their case and recommended that the current <br />assessed value be reduced to $1,145,400 and changing the 2021 tax classification to agriculture <br />(zone 5) as the current ordinance which allows for multi -family zoning has expired. A call for <br />questions was made. <br />Mr. Okumoto moved to value the parcel at $1M with the tax class change to agriculture. <br />Seconded by Mr. Harano. A call for discussion was made. Present for the <br />County was appraiser, Eric Dennis. <br />Property is a 30.9 acre parcel located just mauka of the intersection of Queen Kaahumanu and <br />Kuakini Highways. <br />The land value is being appealed. <br />Appellants presented their case.
