Any substantial <br /> expansion of the facility or uses beyond what is represented in this document shall require <br /> an amendment to this permit. <br /> 3. As represented by the applicant,the youth gymnastics facility will operate Monday through <br /> Friday, 2:OOPM to 7:30PM, and Saturday, 8:OOAM to 3:OOPM. The sports fitness facility <br /> will operate Monday through Friday, 6:OOAM to 9:OOPM, and Saturday, 10:00AM to <br /> 5:OOPM. Summer programs will operate during school summer breaks (May through <br /> August) with gymnastics classes held Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM, <br /> and Tuesday/Thursday, 3:OOPM to 7:OOPM. <br /> 4. Prior to issuance of Final Plan Approval, the applicant shall provide to the Plaiuiing <br /> Department a metes and bounds survey of the approximately 2.3-acre permit area in map <br /> and written form, on the subject property. At no time shall the activities permitted under <br /> this Special Permit take place outside of the permit area. <br /> 5. Construction of the proposed development shall be completed within five (5) years from <br /> the effective date of this permit. Prior to construction, the applicant shall secure Final Plan <br /> Approval for the proposed development from the Planning Director in accordance with <br /> Section 25-2-70, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), Hawaii County Code. Plans shall identify all <br /> existing and proposed structures, fences, signage, water sources(potable and non-potable), <br /> wastewater systems, fire protection measures, paved driveway access and paved parking <br /> stalls, outdoor lighting (if any, lighting must be shielded with light directed downwards), <br /> landscaping and other improvements associated with the proposed development. <br /> 6. Building permits for all existing and proposed structures and improvements, including <br /> water tanks, septic system and buildings, to be used for the proposed use, shall be obtained <br /> and finalized within one (1) year from the effective date of this permit. <br /> 7. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant shall provide fire protection <br /> measures appropriate for the proposed use meeting with the approval of the Fire <br /> Department, including but not limited to water storage for firefighting purposes, water <br /> -11- <br />
