11. ADJOURNMENT: (8:00 pm) Next Meeting: October 19, 2021 <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may <br />convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the <br />agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting <br />with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's <br />powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 213 vote pursuant to HRS <br />Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the <br />commission secretary at 323-4444 or email Barbara. Kossow(ci-hawaiicounty.gov to have <br />the subject placed on the next available agenda. <br />Game Management Advisory Commission members only may be present at the Hawai'i <br />County Building, Office of the Mayor's Conference Room, 25 Aupuni, Hilo, HI 96720, <br />and the West Hawaii Civic Center, Mayor's Conference Room, 74-5044 Ane <br />Keohokalole Hwy., Bldg. C, 2nd Floor, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or <br />language interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at <br />323-4444 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting <br />date, to arrange for accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the <br />Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Articlel5, Section 2- <br />91.3(b), Hawaii County Code.
