This is to help prevent the spread of <br />COVID-19. This meeting will be held by interactive <br />video conference through the Zoom platform. <br />Public Viewing and Providing Oral Testimony: <br />The public may access the meeting for viewing or to provide oral testimony via videoconference <br />through Zoom.
