Merit Appeals Board August 16, 2021 <br />This appeal will be held in abeyance until further notice from this Board. <br />At this time, I'm going to ask for a motion from our Board to postpone the hearing until we <br />receive a determination from HLRB and then upon receipt, the matter will be placed on the Merit <br />Appeals Board's agenda.
