So, the motion is to go into executive session to <br />discuss the three matters that I just read and we will begin with a rollcall vote with Mr. Ventura. <br />MR. VENTURA: Aye. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Mr. Kunz. <br />MR. KUNZ: Aye. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Ms. Cabanas—aye. <br />We have three "aye" votes so motion has been carried for us to go into executive session. And <br />we will now transition into executive session at 10:14 a.m. Thank you, everyone. <br />RECESS: The Chair called for a recess at 10:14 a.m. to convene executive session. <br />RECONVENE: The meeting reconvened at 1:15 p.m. in open session. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Our executive session has ended and we are now in open session at 1:15 <br />p.m. <br />Thank you, Mr. Brilhante, for waiting while we were in executive session discussing your annual <br />evaluation. Our Secretary -Reporter is going to get Nancy Cook -Lauer back online so we'll take <br />a short recess. <br />RECESS: The Chair called for a recess at 1:16 p.m. <br />RECONVENE: The meeting reconvened at 1:17 p.m. in open session. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay, thank you everyone. So, we are now in open session and we will <br />the Board will now conduct their vote on the annual evaluation of the director of human <br />resources for the Fiscal Year 2020-2021. <br />May I have a motion for the vote to occur. May I have a motion from the Board members as to <br />whether the Director of Human Resources meets the expectations or does not meet the <br />expectations for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. <br />MR.
