Condition M allows for an administrative <br /> time extension for a period not to exceed the period originally granted. Based on the reasons <br /> within your letter, we will grant a 5-year time extension to September 1, 2021 to comply with <br /> Condition D. <br /> Please be informed, however, should you need an additional extension of time to comply with <br /> Condition D, your request and reasons, along with 20 copies of that request shall be forwarded to <br /> the Planning Commission with a$250 filing fee. A public hearing will be held by the Planning <br /> Commission, who will forward their recommendation to the County Council. <br /> In reviewing our files, we have not received an annual progress report for this project. Condition <br /> L requires that an annual progress report be submitted to the Planning Director prior to the <br /> anniversary date of the Change of Zone, which is September I".
