Mayor's COVID-19 First Amended Emergency Rule No. 18 <br />Page 7 of 17 <br />adjudged inconsistent with the Governor's Proclamation, the Governor's Proclamation <br />shall govern. <br />Additionally, it shall be a petty misdemeanor for any person to intentionally and/or <br />knowingly fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any law <br />enforcement officer, to and including failing to provide the person's name and address, <br />or any proof thereof, or both, as requested in the course and scope of the law <br />enforcement officer's duties under this Rule. <br />I. This Rule shall take effect immediately and shall continue through <br />December 3, 2021, unless extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended by my <br />subsequent order, or as otherwise provided by law. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of <br />the County of Hawai'i to be affixed.
