Our first order of business is to approve the minutes of our March 1, <br />2021, meeting, the first session. Commissioners, you should have this packet when it was <br />first posted. May I have a motion to approve? <br /> <br />Mr. Hustace moved to approve the minutes of the <br />March 1, 2021, Hawaiʻi County Redistricting <br />Commission meeting. Seconded by Mr. Yoshina. <br /> <br />The motion to approve the minutes of the March 1, <br />2021 Hawaiʻi County Redistricting Commission <br />meeting was carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Akamu, Bath, Lopez, Lui, <br />Yadao, Yoshina, Vice Chair Hustace, and <br />Chair Kossow. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Sumera-Lee. <br /> <br />KOSSOW: Motion is adopted. Next, we have the Office of <br />Election to provide an update on our Commission’s budget. Commissioners you may <br />have Communication 10 from the staff. This is an expenditure report. Is the staff <br />currently available at the Council Chambers? <br /> <br />KAUKA: Yes, Chair.
