The regular meeting of the Merit Appeals Board <br />is called to order on September 15, 2021, at 10:01 a.m. <br />I'm Gabriella Cabanas, Chair of the Merit Appeals Board. And with me are my fellow Board <br />members. Coming in from Kailua-Kona via Zoom is Mr. Mel Ventura. Good morning, Mel. <br />MR. VENTURA: Good morning. <br />CHR.
