CABANAS: The Merit Appeals Board is now back open in open session at 11:19 a.m. <br />On the agenda is scheduling the next meeting date. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: I'm sorry. So, Madam Chair, where we're at is we're on—still on Item 7. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Oh, okay. <br />Selection Process For Filling The Position Of New Director Of Human Resources. <br />Assessment And Review Of Selection Process For Filling The Position, Timeline, <br />Advertisements, And Interview And Selection Process (The Merit Appeals Board <br />Anticipates Convening One Or More Executive Meetings Regarding The Above Matters, <br />Pursuant To HRS Sections 92-4, 92-5(a)(2) And 92-5(a)(4), For The Purpose Evaluating An <br />Officer Or Employee Of The County Of Hawaii, Where The Consideration Of Matters <br />Affecting Privacy Will Be Involved And Consulting With The Board's Attorney On <br />Questions And Issues Pertaining To The Board's Powers, Duties, Privileges, Immunities, <br />And Liabilities.
