THOMAS: Good morning, Mr. Ventura, members of the Board. Yes, Deputy Corporation <br />Counsel Ryan Thomas here for the County. October 28' looks like I won't be able to make that <br />date. Is there a possible date that another date/hour would work for you guys? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Mr. Chairman, this is J Yoshimoto. I'm going to check with staff to see <br />other availability dates, if you can give us a few moments. <br />ACTING CHR. VENTURA: Could we recess? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Yes, staff would need to check on the availability of the Council <br />Chambers. So, yeah, if you could call a brief recess maybe five or ten minutes. <br />ACTING CHR. VENTURA: Okay, yeah. Let's recess for five minutes and let's resume at <br />10:14 a.m. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Okay.
