And that is also <br />by the close of business, 4:30 p.m. <br />The parties will need to submit all documents to the Board's secretary, Glynis Yamada, via email <br />or regular mail or hand -delivered; and to the opposing party. <br />The Board requires one -original and eight -copies for all submittals. If there are no more <br />questions, then I would like to entertain a motion to hold the hearing on October 29, 2021 <br />which is a Friday—at ten a.m., Hilo Council Chambers, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni <br />Street, First Floor, Room 1401, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />MS. And, of course to let the parties know that a letter <br />will be sent out to the parties notifying them of the date, time, location, and deadlines as stated in <br />today's hearing. <br />MR.
